TEDx Portland

TEDxPortland Preview (& Blazer Game)
Joint Chapter Family Event

TED Talks have become a global phenomenon providing a platform for “ideas worth spreading” for over 30 years. TEDx Portland, licensed by TED in New York City, has been producing a world-class annual event in the Keller Auditorium for the past 8+ years. The perpetually sold-out, 3,000+ person event held each April showcases the best minds and talent our city has to offer. It is the most inspirational and educational day of the year! 118+ Alumni have graced the stage from journalist Tom Brokaw to recording artist Macklemore to YPO Evergreens’ own Luis Vargas. Luis Vargas’s talk alone has been viewed over 800,000 times!

In order to celebrate this incredible event and bring it’s inspiration to our members and their families, YPO has partnered with TEDxPortland to bring you the "TEDxPortland Preview”, a family friendly dual chapter event held on January 18th at the MODA center Rose Room. Come for the Talks, entertainment and inspiration and stay to watch the Blazers beat the Pacers. We have 50 tickets to the game available.

NOTE: Due to high demand we are purchasing more game tickets to accommodate as many members as possible.  If you sign up for the game and cancel after Jan. 1st you will need to reimburse the chapter the cost of each tickets at $100 per as they are non-refundable.  Thank you.

Additional Information:

For parking you can buy parking online here: http://rosequarter.com/plan-your-visit/parking/ or onsite.

The Rose Room will remain open to us for use through Half Time.

I will be sending the game tickets to you via email in the next two days.
